Dying Light Team Wishes You a Merry Christmas (With Zombies)

Because of course they do.

Techland’s Dying Light will be out next year and the developer is wasting no time reminding us of the game’s intrinsically horror-themed approach. That is to say, you can’t celebrate Christmas without those darned zombies getting in the way. Throw in a little girl whose parents who are possibly out to get her and you’ve got gold. Check it out above.

Dying Light is a free running survival horror title in which you will scour the world and scavenge for supplies while avoiding vicious undead monsters. The twist is that when the sun goes down, these zombies become all the more powerful. In this post-apocalyptic world, this is anything but good.

Due to release in 2014 for the Xbox One, PS4, Xbox 360, PS3 and PC, Dying Light is arguably one of our more anticipated horror titles. What are your thoughts on the game? Let us know in the comments below. And of course, have a Merry Christmas.
