There are several broad groups of collectibles in Dying Light: The Beast, one of which are newspapers and documents referring to the Fischer family. Scattered around Old Town and beyond, these papers do not stand out much in the post-apocalyptic world, and are easily missed while parkouring across the map.

October 31, 1693

On a bookshelf in a side room on the bottom floor of the Old Town Municipal Library, while investigating it during the Killing Streak: Final Chapter side quest.

April 16, 1913

On a shelf on the upper floor of the building opposite the Taxi stand located south of the Railway Station in Old Town.

April 15, 1938

Lying on a desk in the western wing of the V-shaped building located opposite the Railway Station in Old Town.

June 3, 1942

On a bureau in the same room as the previous newspaper clipping.

March 12, 1950

On a bookshelf right by the entrance to the bottom floor of the building south-east of the Municipal Library in Old Town.

On a side table in the kitchen of the building right by the waterfront, west of the Industrial Park.

Lying on a small cardboard box atop a table in the building during A Sign Of Love side quest. Enter the locked door of the balconies on the upper level.

On a side table in the building with the boarded up entrance, situated to the west of the highway in The Vale, just past the underpass.

Lying on a metal shelf in the north-east corner of St. Valentine Mental Asylum, during the Cries Trapped In The Walls side quest. Duck through a crawlspace in the laundry room to reach the area.

On a bookshelf on the upper floor of the Town Hall. 

Gathering all Fischer family related newspaper clippings will earn you the “Family Picture” trophy/achievement.
