Dying Light The Following

Techland has released a new video for Dying Light’s upcoming expansion The Following which features 15 minutes of uncut gameplay. Recording during last week’s live Twitch stream, there’s also plenty of commentary from the development team in store. Check it out below.

The Following is a very substantial add-on to Dying Light. Not only does it include new story missions taking place outside of Harran (the setting for the main game) but it also has a large new map in the outback, dirt buggies which can be driven and upgraded with their own skill trees and a variety of new weapons, including new types of ranged weapons. The video below actually showcases one of the new story missions, “The Trust is Out There”.

Dying Light: The Following will retail for $14.99 as a standalone expansion but Season Pass holders will get it for free. There’s no update on the release date just yet so stay tuned for more information in the coming weeks.
