Sony kicked off their E3 conference with a demonstration of gameplay footage of Killzone 3. Featuring gorgeous graphics, which simply make Killzone 3 the best looking game on any console ever, it certainly kick started the conference off in style.
The game looks gory, fast paced, frantic, and relentless. There were two levels shown, one showing on ground combat, with a lot of crouching and precise shooting that has come to be a hallmark of the series by now, as well as a demonstration of the jetpack which totally looks as awesome as was promised; followed by a second level that demonstrated aerial combat in choppers, which seemed to be better than the Halo Reach space dogfight shown yesterday. Killzone 3 simply looked more epic than any other shooter you will ever see.
