E3 2010: Valve’s E3 Event Cancelled

Earlier today, Valve’s Doug Lombardi confirmed via an e-mail that the E3 Conference they were about to hold in Los Angeles next week at Regal Theatre is officially off and has been “conpletely cancelled.”

In his e-mail, Lombardi said, “Just a quick note to clarify the Monday Press Event at the Regal Theater is completely cancelled. Please do not head over there expecting to see us.”

Instead, Valve will be showing off all their games on the E3 show floor at the Los Angeles Convention Centre.

They also announced that the big surprise around which the conference was going to be centred was going to be “Portal 2 related.”
