The Game Awards 2014

Electronic Arts will be one of the companies present at this Friday’s The Game Awards and has confirmed that it will be making a special announcement on stage.

This is according to COO Peter Moore, who tweeted that, “I’m looking forward to joining @geoffkeighley on stage Friday night in Las Vegas @thegameawards to make a special announcement from @EA.”

Of all the publishers today, EA probably has the most number of pending projects it can showcase to the public. This includes Star Wars: Battlefront, Mirror’s Edge, Criterion’s untitled project, Mass Effect 4, etc. There’s also Battlefield: Hardline which will be available in March 2015 and could use the additional hype after being delayed.

What do you think EA will showcase at The Game Awards on December 5th? Let us know your thoughts in the comments below. Thus far, Metal Gear Online, Bloodborne and The Order: 1886 have thus far been confirmed for the show (with Bethesda Softworks’ stating that they’ll have nothing new to showcase).
