After announcing that Elden Ring has sold 25 million copies since launch, Bandai Namco has released a new video about “The Journey So Far.” It’s not a comprehensive outline of the game’s story, but instead highlights the circumstances leading to the Tarnished’s arrival in The Lands Between and how they challenge for the Elden Ring. Check it out below.

Of course, some of the more well-known characters – Enia, The Two Fingers, Blaidd, and D – are showcased alongside bosses like Radahn, Rykard, Mohg, Malenia, and Maliketh. It’s an impressive highlight reel and encapsulates a significant part of an experienced player’s trials and tribulations before playing Shadow of the Erdtree.

The expansion launches on June 21st for Xbox One, Xbox Series X/S, PS4, PS5, and PC. After defeating Radahn and Mohg, players can venture to The Land of Shadow to pursue Malenia’s brother, Miquella. To what end is unknown, but this new region, which Queen Marika first set foot in, holds its secrets. Head here for more details on what to expect.
