Escape from Tarkov

Escape from Tarkov can be brutally unforgiving. You can go from loaded to utterly broke in a matter of minutes. So knowing how to amass money quickly can be very important in the short and long term.

First and most importantly, study the map. Work out where important items will appear and keep an eye out for key spawns. Remember the general layout and memorize the spawn locations of Scavengers. This can be important because a good way to earn money quickly is to head into the Forest map and hunt different Scavengers.

Whether you’re picking off Scavs or just finding stuff on the ground, loot it and sell it. Make sure to have backpacks with more slots so that there’s enough inventory space. Loot whatever you can get your hands – that includes items that other players may have left behind.

Second, the dealers. You’ll want to visit the Therapist for items like medicine, water, food and so on, all at decent prices. Next up is Skier who will purchase gun parts, which means you can dismantle weapons and sell the remains. Prapor is a good person to see for weapon modifications, magazines and much more. It’s also worth checking out the flea market and, upon hitting level PMC Level 5, adding offers to trade items with other players.

Finally, make sure not to rely exclusively on combat for revenue. Combat is fairly realistic so all it will take is one headshot to put you down. If you’re looking to earn money, avoid combat against other players and NPCs when possible.
