Eternal Strands

Yellow Brick Games’ fantasy action-adventure title Eternal Strands has looked increasingly promising each time it has been shown off, and with the developer having recently confirmed a release window for the game, more information on it is continuing to emerge.

Speaking during a recent interview with Wccftech, in fact, game director Frederic St-Laurent revealed exactly how long you can expect the game to be- and clearly, it’s going to be a meaty experience. As per St-Laurent, Eternal Strands’ main story will be roughly 25-35 hours long, though completionist playthroughs can be even longer going up to as high as 40 hours.

“In a past playthrough I did, I took my time and everything, but I ended up with 40 hours doing every quest in the game. I expect players are going to go a little bit faster than that, but still, just the main path is 25 hours,” St-Laurent said.

Eternal Strands is set to launch at some point in early 2025 for PS5, Xbox Series X/S, and PC, with a specific release date currently unknown. Stay tuned for more info on the game in the coming weeks and months.
