The developers of Eternal Strands speak with GamingBolt about the upcoming fantasy action-adventure title.
Developer Yellow Brick Games' action-adventure title continues to look promising ahead of its early 2025 release.
Launching in early 2025, the action RPG focuses on Brynn, a Weaver, who ventures into the Enclave and faces off against giant foes.
"In a past playthrough I did, I took my time and everything, but I ended up with 40 hours doing every quest in the game," says game director Frederic St-Laurent.
Bosses roam the gorgeous world of the Enclave freely, meaning players can face them in new environments and weather conditions.
Eternal Strands is the debut game for Yellow Brick Games, which is composed of industry veterans like Mike Laidlaw.
Yellow Brick Games' upcoming Eternal Strands feels like a compelling experience, and it might just end up being a surprise hit.
Eternal Strands takes its inspirations from games like Shadow of the Colossus, Tears of the Kingdom, and Monster Hunter.
Previously set to be published by Private Division, it will now be self-published by Yellow Brick Games when it launches next year.
Yellow Brick Games' debut title will be a "unique" new fantasy action RPG, built on Unreal Engine 5, and targeting PS5, Xbox Series X/S, and PC releases.
The next games by indie studios Die Gute Fabrik, Evening Star, Piccolo Studio, and Yellow Brick Games will be published by Private Division.
The independent team is based in Quebec City.
