Since Exodus’ announcement last December, developer Archetype Entertainment has continued to tease out new bits and pieces of the upcoming sci-fi RPG’s world and setting in new updates, and it doesn’t look like that cadence of updates will be slowing down anytime soon.

The developer has shared a new prologue video, this time highlighting some of the many alien planets scattered throughout the game’s setting. The video showcases a variety of different planets, while hinting at unique threats to contend with on each world, potentially setting the stage for some interesting diversity of environments in the game itself.

Beyond that, the video also teases some intriguing narrative-related details, including some potential conspiracies and betrayals within the ranks of the humans themselves. Check it out below.

Exodus is in development for PS5, Xbox Series X/S, and PC. For more details on the game, make sure to read our interview with narrative director Drew Karpyshyn through here.
