The time-displaced dinosaurs and dino mutants you’ll be taking on in Exoprimal will of course be the star of the show in Capcom’s upcoming shooter, but as a PvPvE experience, it will also be pitting you and those in your squad against rival players. And interestingly, using said dinosaurs to your advantage will be one of the ways you’ll be able to get an edge over other players.
In a new Survival Guide video for Exoprimal, Capcom has revealed details on a couple of methods that’ll let you do just that. For starters, there are Trigger Neosaurs, which are special foes that you can try to defeat in order to strengthen the dinosaurs that the enemy team is fighting against.
Then there is the Dominator, which is a device that you can use if your team is falling behind to summon a dinosaur with which to invade the enemy team’s dimension. Not only that, players will even be able to control this summoned dinosaur directly. Check out the video below for more details.
Exoprimal is set to launch on July 14 for PS5, Xbox Series X/S, PS4, Xbox One, and PC, and will be available via Game Pass at launch.
