Fallout 4

Bethesda Softworks’ Fallout 4 is still several months off – for those who have gotten off of Fallout Shelter long enough to notice – but modders are already busy. After the announcement of mod support at E3 2015, Fallout 3 mod creators like Zealotlee have revealed that they’re already working on new mods for the sequel.

Posting on the Bethesda forums, Zealotlee revealed that a mod for a Rail Rifle was in development, with images showing its progress showcased below. The gun will only make it into Fallout 4 once the game’s mod tools are available so there is still some waiting.

Bethesda’s games have fairly dominant in the modding community with Fallout 3 and Skyrim receiving the bulk of most user-created mods. Fallout 4 actually marks the first time that mods will also be available on the Xbox One so that’s something worth looking forward to. Stay tuned for its release date on November 10th – that’s when the real deluge of mods will begin.
