Bethesda Softworks confirmed that Fallout 4 would be receiving patch 1.02, which went live last night for PC, for consoles this week. However, it seems that the patch is already live for PS4.
As noted by NeoGAF, the update is roughly 505 MB and features a number of fixes like general memory and stability improvements, fixing an issue which caused players to get stuck in terminals, fixing an issue during “When Freedom Calls” where the quest would not complete and much more. The patch notes are actually fairly similar to the Steam notes so you can check them all out here.
Expect the Xbox One version of the patch to go live very soon. Until then, Bethesda will continue chugging away on updates for Fallout 4 so let them know if you encounter any other glitches.
