Fallout 4

Another update is out for Fallout 4 and it adds quite a bit. Currently available for PC users through Steam’s beta program, patch 1.4 adds new settlement items like metal and wood door variants, new signs, abstract and portrait paintings and even Super Mutant and Raider-themed clutter like meat bags, cages, tents, etc.

The patch also fixes general performance and several bugs like Calvin Whitaker disappearing in Vault 81, key cards not spawning in Vault 75, the Pip-Boy turning invisible while swimming, etc. Several perks have also been fixed – for example, the combined damage bonus from Ninja and Sandman has been fixed. The Scrounger perk will also net you more common ammunition types.

Check out the full list of patch notes here. Bethesda will also conduct beta testing for the upcoming revamp of Survival Mode so that’s worth looking forward to. There’s also the Automatron DLC and official mod tools out next month so stay tuned for more Fallout 4 content in the coming days.
