Far Cry 5 Arcade Dawn

Far Cry 5’s latest live event is finally live. Titled “Arcade Dawn”, the event challenges players to – no joke – go into Arcade mode and play it for 40 minutes. Whether it’s through an arcade booth in Hope County or through the Online menu, you need to spend 40 minutes personally to unlock an Arcade-themed Vector .45 ACP.

If the community as a whole spends 3 million minutes in the mode, then all players will receive an Arcade Pro outfit. Which essentially looks like a motocross/stunt racer’s outfit complete with a biker helmet but we’re not complaining.

The real issue with Far Cry 5’s Arcade mode has been the influx of terrible user-created maps since the game launched. Of course, the game’s core multiplayer mechanics aren’t nearly as fun as they could be either. Arcade Dawn will be available from April 10th to 17th on PS4, Xbox One and PC though so give it a shot and earn those rewards.
