EA has revealed another new gameplay mechanic for the upcoming FIFA 14, which will be releasing later this year on PS4, Xbox One, PS3, Xbox 360 and PC on September 24th in North America. This one is fairly interesting, since it has to do with more dynamic momentum and foot planting, and is called Precision Movement.

According to EA, player locomotion is now calculated on a step-by-step basis. So all those complaining about the animation sequences that can’t be interrupted in FIFA 13, this is for you. In development for 2 years, it follows this funny thing called “physics” for proper acceleration and deceleration, and will thus allow for each individual player’s attributes to come out more naturally.

Plus things look so much prettier than before.

EA has still yet to reveal some details regarding the same, so look forward to E3 2013 and their press conference for more information on FIFA 14.
