FIFA 14: EA Details PS4 and Xbox One Upgrades

FIFA 14 will be releasing on September 24th in North America and on September 26th but we’ll be seeing next generation releases for the game in November when the PlayStation 4 and Xbox One unlock. So what happens if you pick up the game for current gen but want to continue the experience on next generation consoles, keeping all your stats and achievements along the way?

Luckily, you have the option to transfer your data across generations from the Xbox 360 to the Xbox One and the PS3 to the PS4. EA Sports has detailed exactly what data is transferred across generations, which you can see below.

The stand-outs include a new carryover trophy, a Career Pro Boost, increased transfer budget and other such perks to reward players making the jump. FIFA 14 will be releasing on November 15th in North America and November 29th in Europe for PS4, with an Xbox One release due on November 22nd worldwide. Both games will take exclusive advantage of the next-generation Ignite Engine.
