At its 30th anniversary celebration for Final Fantasy, Square Enix announced that Final Fantasy 12: The Zodiac Age, the HD remaster of Final Fantasy 12 for the PS4, will be releasing on July 11th in North America and Europe. It will be arrived on July 13th for Japan.

Along with better performance and a higher resolution, Final Fantasy 12: The Zodiac Age will feature a freshly recorded soundtrack, the Zodiac job system and support for Trophies on the PS4. The game first released on PS2 in 2006 and earned numerous accolades and awards for its storyline, characters, visuals and new ideas.

Final Fantasy 12: The Zodiac Age will be out exclusively on the PS4 though given the recent spate of remasters (Final Fantasy 10/10-2, Final Fantasy 9 and so on), there’s a chance it could arrive on PC as well.

Stay tuned for more information in the coming months and let us know whether you’ll be picking up the remaster in July.
