Final Fantasy 15 Episode Ignis DLC Releasing in December

New teaser trailer revealed.

Posted By | On 26th, Jun. 2017

With Final Fantasy 15’s Episode Prompto DLC already being available in some regions, players have been able to unlock a teaser for the next DLC. This is Episode Ignis and it also revealed the release month which is in December. A more concrete release date will presumably come later.

Shirrako on YouTube uploaded the teaser trailer and it sees Ignis, the refined chef of the team, being captured by Niflheim soldiers and Ardyn Izunia, the main baddie. Maybe this DLC will explain how Ignis loses his eye in the base story.

As of now, we don’t know what gameplay mechanics will come into play but if it’s anything like Episode Prompto, you can probably look forward to Ignis controlling way differently from Noctis.

Apparently this won’t be the end of Final Fantasy 15 as Square Enix has some news for fans at Gamescom 2017 in August. What that could mean for future updates remains to be seen so stay tuned.
