We’ve already reported on the upcoming Holiday DLC for Final Fantasy 15, and what it will add to the game- however, in a follow up press release, Square Enix decided to further detail exactly what the new additions will entail, and what they will do.
Square Enix describe what the new items that the Holiday DLC will add will do in the game. Remember, there will be two DLC packs made available, a free one, and one that is available to Season Pass owners- but the free one will still have items exclusive to it. That said, if you want the items in it that badly, you can always just download it in addition to the paid one, too.

Holiday Pack (Free Version)
- Warrior’s Fanfare: A scroll of sheet music containing a song of jubilation that provides additional AP for earning an A+ in Offense outside of training.
- Nixperience Band: A device that stops experience points from being tallied, preventing the party from levelling up for an added challenge.
- Carnival Passport: An adorably adorned ticket that whisks the bearer away to a fun-filled carnival for a limited time.
- Choco-Mog Tee (available late January 2017) – An exclusive T-shirt featuring everyone’s favourite fluffy and feathery friends. Colourful, comfy and appropriate for any carnival-goer.
Holiday Pack + (Premium Version – Season pass Exclusive)

- Holiday Pack + Exclusive Photo Frames (available late January 2017): Additional themes the player can add to Prompto’s photos when sharing over social media.
