Final Fantasy 15 Pocket Edition

Square Enix’s audacious port of Final Fantasy 15 to smartphones, Final Fantasy 15: Pocket Edition, will be launching on iOS on February 9, the game’s listing on the App Store has revealed. The game will be released in episodes, with the first episode being free to download and play, the next two costing $0.99 each, and the ones after that all costing $3.99. The entire story can be had for $20, should the player desire.

Final Fantasy 15 Pocket Edition will bring all of Final Fantasy 15 to smartphones- at last as far as the story goes. The game will have a chibi artstyle, which I presume is well suited to the less powerful mobile games.

Pocket Edition isn’t the only upcoming port of the game- PC players can finally play it too, since Final Fantasy 15 will be launching on PC later this year. As for Pocket Edition, while right now, only the iOS release has been confirmed, hopefully it will be a simultaneous launch on iOS and Android.
