Final Fantasy 15

Square Enix has plans to announce the release date for Final Fantasy 15 today but it appears GameSpot may have prematurely spoiled those plans.

According to a recent video that was likely under embargo on YouTube (it’s since been marked as private but can be viewed here). The game will apparently be releasing on September 30th for Xbox One and PS4.

There also appears to be a demo available today that will follow Noctis as a child “as he journeys through a dreamscape”. It’s likely that the actual demo comes out tomorrow, depending on when the video was meant to go live.

Final Fantasy 15 has been teased with numerous details till now, including a 50 hour play-length and a desire to hit the 30 FPS frame rate cap. However, after all this time, it’s great to finally see a release date for the action RPG. We’ll wait for the official announcement for Square Enix in the meantime but let us know your thoughts in the comments.
