Final Fantasy 15

Some new images for the highly anticipated Final Fantasy XV have hit the internet recently that have showcased some new looks at the game. The images come by way of the latest issue of the long running and greatly respected Japanese Comic Magazine, Shonen Jump which recently ran a short spread on the game.

Perhaps the most interesting thing that you can see in the pictures, is the game’s world when the sun has gone down. Specifically, there’s the image of a gas station forecourt at night which looks, for all intents and purposes, like a real world location.

You can also catch a glimpse of the camp menu that’s going to handle the level system up in the game. Another screenshot, perhaps more interesting than the other two I’ve mentioned, shows combat at night with what appears to be an effect around weapons and characters. Whether this is just how things look at night, or if this is some kind of combat buff, remains to be seen.
