Final Fantasy 16 PS5 Bundle, Limited Edition DualSense, and PS5 Cover Announced

Final Fantasy 16 is getting a PS5 bundle, while Japanese players will also get limited edition PS5 covers and DualSense controllers.

PlayStation and Square Enix have announced a Final Fantasy 16 PS5 bundle. Slated for release on the same day as Final Fantasy 16, the bundle will be available through Sony’s own PlayStation Direct retail channel.

Alongside the bundle, which will include a standard PS5 along with a copy of Final Fantasy 16, Sony Interactive Entertainment Japan Asia has also unveiled a PS5 Digital Edition bundle, as well as the DualSense Wireless Controller Final Fantasy 16 Limited Edition controller.

Alongside the bundles and the controller, there will also be a limited edition Final Fantasy 16 PS5 and PS5 Digital Edition cover, as spotted by Gematsu. Currently it is unknown whether the limited edition DualSense controller and the PS5 covers will make their way outside of Japan.

In the mean time, here are the prices for the bundles and controllers:

  • PlayStation 5 Digital Edition Final Fantasy 16 Bundle – 56,980 yen
  • Limited Edition DualSense Wireless Controller Final Fantasy 16 – 8,980 yen
  • Limited Edition PlayStation 5 Cover Final Fantasy 16 – 7,980 yen
  • Limited Edition PlayStation 5 Digital Edition Cover Final Fantasy 16 – 7,980 yen

The PS5 Final Fantasy 16 bundle will be available for pre-order starting on May 4, and is priced the same as any other PS5 game bundle. Final Fantasy 16 is hitting store shelves on June 22 exclusively on the PS5. For more details on the upcoming RPG, here are 10 new things we learned about it.
