For Honor x Destiny 2

Ubisoft has announced that the next collaboration for its 3D fighter For Honor will be Destiny 2. It will be revealed on October 23rd on Twitch at 12 PM EST/9 AM PST. In a separate tweet, Bungie teased For Honor players receiving gear “delivered straight from The Last City” during the Light of the Guardians event.

The event will be available from October 24th to November 14th, though dates and content are subject to change. There’s no word yet on Destiny 2 players receiving anything, but stay tuned for further details. While it may seem an odd choice for collaboration, the myriad of Iron Banner sets alone that mirror knights, samurai, and other warriors makes it a good fit for Ubisoft’s fighter.

Despite launching in February 2017, For Honor is still going strong. It’s currently in Year 8, with new characters still being added. The same could be said of Destiny 2, which launched in September 2017 and recently received its second Episode, Revenant, with even more content coming next year.
