Fortnite Battle Royale

The exciting new Playground mode was first removed from Fortnite due to very long queue times, and it was removed once again because the developers had to resolve some issues and also add some more features so as to make it a fully functional sandbox mode. Now, it has been revealed that the Playground mode will finally be returning with the 5.10 patch.

Just as the developers had planned, this game mode will now have some new features, such as team select options, a lot of loot, and an ATK vehicle. For those of you not in the loop, Playground mode is essentially a game mode where players can let their creative juices flow. The aim is not to kill things, but rather to build whatever comes to your mind. It will offer players a nice change of rhythm from the Battle Royale mode on the game.

The Playground mode will be coming with patch 5.10 on July 25. Meanwhile, Fortnite is also currently celebrating a birthday event, and is offering players bonuses and rewards for completing certain tasks and challenges. Read more about that here.
