At E3 2018, following Sony’s presser, FromSoftware revealed an interesting project it had been working on – Déraciné, a VR title about a spirit summoned at a boarding school. During Sony’s pre-TGS Lineup presentation, the developer confirmed that the PlayStation VR title would release on November 6th for North America and Europe at $29.99. Japan will have to wait until November 8th for the game.

For physical collectors, there will be a physical retail version sold at GameStop. Otherwise pre-ordering the game’s physical or digital version will net a PlayStation Network avatars set and dynamic theme. Japan has a much more enticing physical offering though. Along with the standard edition, there will be a Collector’s Edition that comes with the original soundtrack, a special case, and the game itself.

Déraciné sees players building relationships with different students and using mysterious powers to manipulate time. With Dark Souls director Hidetaka Miyazaki onboard, we’re interested to see how the story pans out. What are your thoughts? Let us know below.
