11 bit Studios has released its latest DLC for survival strategy Frostpunk. The Last Autumn takes place before the apocalypse that threatens humanity as players will lead engineers in the creation of a Generator. Said Generator will help humanity stay warm in the main story and so the stakes are fairly high. Check out the launch trailer below.
Along with new buildings, players will also have to use different tech to get by. Such technology relies on steam and thus players will have to use different strategies to achieve their goals. A new Book of Laws will help in that respect though you might find yourself making tough decisions, like siding with the engineers over the workers, in some situations.
Frostpunk: The Last Autumn is currently available for PC via Steam. It’s include with the Season Pass which is currently discounted by 30 percent. The base game (which is pretty good – see our review) has also been discounted by 60 percent. Another expansion, Project TVADGYCGJR, is slated to release this year so stay tuned for more details in the coming months.
