Gears 5 is continuing on with its multiplayer competent. That part of the game is the one Microsoft and The Coalition are hoping you go back to over and over again for some bloody and fun action (just don’t try and be a quitter; it’s not going to end too well for you). Part of the fun in multiplayer is getting to play a lot of characters not available in the single player campaign and today we got six more added to the already packed roster.

The first four are some classic faces in the Gears of War franchise: COG Gear, DeeBee, Warden and General RAAM. They can be used as just regular old character skins in traditional multiplayer, but can also be used in Horde, Escape or Arcade and each have their own special ability. You can earn them through the Totem system or by purchasing with Iron.

The other two characters come from the continued crossover with Gears and the Terminator franchise. Grace and Rev-9 Terminator join Sarah Connor and the T-800 from the preorder bonus back that is now available for purchase. You can check out a video featuring all the new characters below.

Gears 5 is available now, and to check out what else was in the update that included the new characters, including a fan favorite execution move, take a look thorough here.
