On the other hand for PC players, The Coalition has assured that Gears 5 is being built from the ground-up for the platform. The PC version is capable of scaling to 120 frames per second. The recent Versus tech test also catered to a variety of configurations (even if the final game is less demanding). Minimum specifications required an Intel i3 Skylake and Nvidia GeForce GTX 1050 2 GB VRAM with 6 GB RAM while an Intel i7 Skylake and Nvidia GeForce GTX 2080 8 GB with 16 GB RAM was recommended for ideal specifications.
