Epic has announced that it will be releasing a demo for the upcoming Gears of War: Judgement, the prequel third person shooter. The demo will be released on March 19th, the same day the game releases in the US, and will give players access to the OverRun mode.

The OverRun mode is an objective based multiplayer mode that has you playing in five-player teams of COG soldiers and the Locust, with each player playing as a different class.

Members of GameStop’s Power-Up program in North America can get early access to the multiplayer on March 15th if they pre-order the game.

Multiplayer points will, of course, carry over into the final game.

It’s a bit disappointing that we won’t get to try out the single player mode, but OverRun sounds intriguing. Are you guys interested? Tell us in your comments.
