Gears of War: Ultimate Edition Rated By Brazilian Ratings Board

There's so much damn smoke at this point, I don't want to hear anything about there not being a fire.

That some form of remake or re-release of the pioneering, ground breaking 2006 Epic developed Xbox 360 exclusive action game is coming to Xbox One this year is all but confirmed and accepted at this point. So another leak adding to the substantial flood of leaks at this point should not come as much of a surprise. But hey, if you are one of those people who wanted even more evidence that this was happening, here you are- the Brazilian Ratings Board appears to have rated a Gears of War Ultimate Edition, and while the platform isn’t specified, it’s not like this is going to be for Wii U, guys.

If this is true – and all evidence suggests that it is, at this point – then we can probably expect it to be one of the announcements at Microsoft’s E3 presser this year. Of course, that would also beg the question that, assuming the game releases in 2015, when exactly would it be slated for? Between Forza 6, Halo 5, and Rise of the Tomb Raider, the Xbox One holiday lineup seems to be pretty packed.

We’ll keep you posted.
