Genshin Impact - Xinyan

One of the breakout games of last year was Genshin Impact. The  title is a free to play affair that began on mobile and then made its way toward PlayStation consoles. It’s been something of a phenomena, generating a lot of revenue just for the mobile version alone. Now, the iOS version is getting  something a lot of people have been clamoring for.

If you were unaware, Genshin Impact is an action title, and the mobile version has not had official controller support. That will change in the latest update, 1.3, according to the developer’s latest FAQ. For those with iOS 14 and up, you will be able to use Xbox Wireless Controllers, Xbox Elite Wireless Controller Series 2, PlayStation DualShock 4 Wireless Controller or MFi Bluetooth controllers. As of now, it seems this will only be for iOS owners, and there is no mention of Android, but generally one follows the other so it should come relatively soon after.

Genshin Impact is available now on PC, PlayStation 4 and all compatible iOS and Android mobile devices. Version 1.3 is set to go live on February 3rd.
