The next two months are looking to the PS4’s first party output swansong. Next month will see the highly anticipated release of The Last of Us Part 2, and the month after that the long awaited Ghost of Tsushima, the samurai epic open world game from Sucker Punch. It goes without saying The Last of Us Part 2 is going to be smash, being a sequel to one of most well reviewed and highest selling PlayStation exclusives ever. How will Ghost fare as a new IP? Well, only time can tell, but people are at least watching.

As seen on the official PlayStation YouTube channel, Ghost of Tsushima‘s State of Play gameplay reveal absolutely blew away other State of Play videos in its overall view count. Over 1.5 million people have viewed it on YouTube alone, and that’s not even counting what those potential numbers are counting Twitch. Just for comparison, the second highest is the September State of Play that has just over 750,000 views. You can see that video through here, as well as the viewer count.

Ghost of Tsushima will release on July 17th exclusively on the PlayStation 4 and is said to have roughly 40-50 hours worth of content, which you can read more about through here.
