Ubisoft’s Ghost Recon: Wildlands has received a new challenge mission which brings some interesting new targets to battle. Apparently, some cultists have managed to resurrect three bruja spirits. Naturally, instead of calling the Ghostbusters, it’s the (ironically named) Ghosts that must take down these spirits.
The event is currently live and you’ll have two weeks to finish it, which involves finding the Witches Hut and then three additional shrines. The mission will be over by August 9th so hurry up.
Ghost Recon: Wildlands, an open world take on the tactical shooter series, has received a number of updates in the past few months with Tier 1 mode, two paid DLC packs, improved helicopter controls and much more. Ubisoft has cited it as being one of its biggest hits of the year.
In the UK, the success of the title is behind only Grand Theft Auto 5 in terms of sales this year. Player vs. player combat will be coming this Fall so there’s plenty more to look forward aside from spirit hunting.
