EXPLORATION
Similarly, exploration also seems to be playing an important role in the upcoming sequel. As we’ve already discussed, while the game isn’t going to be an open world game, it is going to be a much less linear and driven experience than its predecessors, complete with optional areas and bosses and everything else that comes with those elements. But just how much of a focus on exploration will the game have? That much remains to be seen. We’re expecting it to be similar to what Rise of the Tomb Raider did with its semi-open world approach, but either way, we’ll find out soon enough.
