Counterplay Games’ Godfall will be a console exclusive for PlayStation 5 but it’s also coming to PC via the Epic Games Store. For the first time, gameplay footage for the PC version has been revealed. Check it out below via the PC Gaming Show.
Despite still being in development, the ambience, lighting and frame rate performance for PC looks pretty good. Along with the hack and slash combat, the trailer highlights the various Valorplates that players will collect in their journey. There’s even the slightest teases of a mid-boss at the end.
Godfall releases this holiday season for PS5 and PC. It takes place in a world on the verge of ruin and it’s up to the player, the last of the Valorian Knights, to ascend through the various realms. At the top is the mad-god Macros who must be defeated. Stay tuned for more details on Godfall in the coming months.
