Summer Game Fest host and creator Geoff Keighley has confirmed that WB Games Montreal’s Gotham Knights will have a “brand new reveal” on June 9th. Whether it’s new gameplay or something else entirely (like an open beta announcement) remains to be seen.

Last month saw some new gameplay for the action-adventure title featuring Nightwing and Red Hood. Some of the traversal methods were scrutinized by fans (which the developer subsequently addressed), but overall, it provided a better look at crafting, leveling up and combat. Along with confirming the cancellation of the Xbox One and PS4 versions, WB Games Montreal also said there would be no microtransactions.

Gotham Knights is set to release on October 25th for Xbox Series X/S, PS5 and PC. For more details on what to expect, check out our feature here. Warner Bros. Games is one of 30+ companies partnered with the Summer Game Fest so its other titles, like Wonder Woman and Suicide Squad: Kill the Justice League, could appear.
