Grand Theft Auto 5 PC’s Rockstar Editor Heading to PS4 and Xbox One

The PC-exclusive editor will finally be making its way to consoles.

There were plenty of selling points for the PC version of Rockstar Games’ Grand Theft Auto 5, not the least of which was the Rockstar Editor. This allowed players to create some interesting content including short films and what have you. The good news is that PS4 and Xbox One won’t have to wait much more longer to get their hands on it.

Rockstar announced during a recent blog post that the next update for PS4 and Xbox One would include the Rockstar Editor with it. Furthermore, the next big Editor contest will be taking console players’ contributions as well. A release date for the update hasn’t been confirmed just yet however.

Nonetheless, it’s a good way to keep Grand Theft Auto 5 fans intrigued in the post-Ill Gotten Gains DLC season. What are your thoughts on consoles finally receiving the Rockstar Editor? Let us know in the comments below and stay tuned for more information.
