Grand Theft Auto 5: Visual Comparison Shows the Complete Evolution of Bikes in Series

And we mean complete.

Posted By | On 26th, Aug. 2013

Talk about intricately researched: A visual comparison of all the bikes in the Grand Theft Auto series, starting from the first game all the way to Grand Theft Auto V has been compiled together. Check it out below, but be warned: This is 89 images of pure, motorcycle goodness.

Interestingly, as the user notes, there weren’t any motorcycles in the second or third game, as they only saw a return in Grand Theft Auto: Vice City. Which just about coincides with the rise of motorcycles in all open world games, to be honest, but it’s also interesting to note the evolution in performance since the old days till now.

It’ll also make us appreciate Grand Theft Auto V all the more, since Rockstar Games is adamant to the driving aspect for the upcoming open world sequel more racing-like, as compared to the previous games’ slip and slide mechanics. Grand Theft Auto V releases on September 17th for Xbox 360 and PS3.
