39. Beyond Two Souls
Beyond Two Souls was created using a proprietary motion capture technology so the game’s characters look realistic beyond belief and though not everything was visually impressive, this shot here is insanely good. Beyond had a few moments like these where the player questioned whether the main character needs to move ahead with her life or just end it. The protagonist is troubled and though she is gifted, she has trouble facing up to her potential while the whole snowy background of the city adds to the appeal.
