GRIS

Nomada Studios’ Gris, a gorgeous 2D platformer that launched last year, could be coming to the PS4. The Pan European Game Information board or PEGI recently rated it for the platform. So it’s possible that an announcement is coming soon, if not in the next few weeks.

Originally available for PC and Nintendo Switch before coming to iOS, Gris is about a young name of the same name. As the statue of a woman crumbles, Gris finds that her voice is gone. Thus does she begin a journey to regain her voice, learning new abilities and tackling an overwhelming darkness throughout.

Gris has received immense critical acclaim for its presentation, particularly the spell-binding art-style. As such, it became profitable within eight days of its launch on PC and Switch. In March this year, it was announced to have sold 300,000 copies. When it will come to PS4 remains to be seen but perhaps it may launch for Xbox One as well in the future.
