Obsidian Entertainment has released a new update for its survival sandbox title Grounded, adding new content and some new tools. Ziplines are now a thing, allowing for faster traversal, and there’s also a new world landmark called the Frankenline. There’s also new content in the Hedge to explore (including a new lab).

The new Spinning Wheel is used to create Ziplines and you can also find Signs. With Halloween around the corner, several new items like a Jack-o-Lantern landmark and Candy Corn food item have also been added. Of course also changes a few things, like granting Ant Soldiers some new attacks and increased damage.

The good news is that most armor can block more damage and all weapons have had their damage, durability and stamina costs adjusted as well. Grounded is currently available in Steam Early Access for PC and via the Xbox Game Preview program on Xbox One. Stay tuned for details on future updates in the coming months.
