Grounded

Grounded might not be the big RPG you usually expect to see coming out of Obsidian Entertainment, but it’s certainly attracted quite a bit of attention in the time since it’s been announced, what with its whacky premise, which sees you playing as a teenager shrunk down to the size of an ant and having to navigate the deadly hazards of a regular old backyard. At the recent Xbox Games Showcase, Microsoft debuted a humourous new trailer for the upcoming pocket-sized survival game ahead of its upcoming July 28 launch into early access on Xbox One and PC. Check it out below.

Obsidian Entertainment were certainly busy during the Xbox Games Showcase. On top of showcasing Grounded one more, the announced a new expansion for The Outer Worldswhile also announcing Avowed, a new first person fantasy RPG set in the universe of their Pillars of Eternity series.

Grounded will launch into Steam Early Access, Xbox Game Preview on Xbox One, and Xbox Game Pass for console and PC on July 28. It will cost $29.99.
