Guild Wars 2: Fractured goes live today; with this new update, ArenaNet and NCSoft introduce a series of improvements that take into account player feedback, for Fractals of the Mists, a series of endless dungeons that get harder and harder the longer you play them.

Taking into account what Living World content was the most popular among the players, Fractured will let players revisit great moments from Tyria’s past, and also to hone their battle skills in this infinite series of dungeons.

Among the improvements in this release are three new fractals, including one that players voted upon; there are also two new boss fractals. In addition, the Fractals have received a difficulty bump so that they now pose more of a challenge and a threat to skilled players at higher difficulties. Finally, a major reward revamp makes Fractals runs moresatisfying than ever before at every difficulty level, ensuring repeated playthroughs as well.
