343 just had their official Halo 5: Guardians live stream where the company divulged a little bit more than the best way to take down their enemies. The company also let it slip what kind of content is going to be coming to the game in December. Some of the new content is stuff we already knew, including Forge but there is also new stuff including a new map, armor, helmet, weapon and skins.

Rectify Gaming reports that one of the new maps isn’t forged which is apparently going to be good news for Halo 5 players who have been quite annoyed by the fact that most of the maps have been forged. When it comes to some of the new weapons the game includes, we know for sure that the Legendary SPNKr Rocket Launcher is back in the game and there are also new UNSC skins coming next month.

The live stream also has a brand new Mark IV Helmet and there is apparently new armor as well. All of this is good news for Halo 5 players who have been hoping the game would be bringing plenty of new content well after the title had launched. While the company did announce a number of new additions, there wasn’t any word on one change 343 has been talking about bringing to the game in the near future. Josh Holmes has previously said the company is bringing fixes for the lack of unranked playlists. Whether or not what 343 is planning to bring to Halo 5: Guardians will be enough will be seen by the reaction from the game’s biggest fans in the coming weeks. Check out the screens below of what some of the items are going to look like.
