The latest content update for 343 Industries’ Halo 5: Guardians is now live with Infinity’s Armory. The update adds quite a lot of new content include two new maps – Riptide for Arena and Battle of Noctus for Warzone Assault – along with new REQs, armour sets, weapon skins and much more.

The patch notes for the same were recently published and they also detail a number of fixes and improvements to the base game. One such improvement is the despawn timer for weapons in Warzone which has been increased from 5 seconds to 20 seconds. It’s also possible now to view what cosmetic items, emblems, assassinations, stances and much more that you have equipped rather than inspecting each menu for the same.

Did we mention the classic Halo 2 Battle Rifle has been added to the game as a REQ?

343 Industries is working on other additions to the game including the return of “Ball” mode variants like Oddball and Grifball with next month’s update. What are your thoughts on Infinity’s Armory so far? Let us know in the comments.
