Halo 5: Guardians will be receiving its biggest free update on June 29th with Warzone Firefight. Along with adding new bosses including the Grunt Goblin boss and the UNSC VTOL, the AV-49 Wasp, as a REQ for all Warzone modes, you can expect increased difficulty for each round.
Score Attack will also be coming to the campaign to allow you to compete for points and medals, either solo or co-op. New maps include Attack on Sanctum for Warzone, Prospect for Warzone Assault and Molten for Arena. A new Forge canvas is being added with Tidal, bringing water to the mode in the easiest way possible.
Along with the upcoming update, Halo 5: Guardians will be free to play for Xbox Live Gold members from June 29th to July 5th and the game itself will be 50 percent off for the entire time. If you want to try out Warzone Firefight or Halo 5’s other modes and have enough bandwidth for more than 80 GB worth of content, then it’s worth looking into.
