Halo Franchise Director Promises “Good Week” For Fans

Plenty of Halo content to be had at RTX this weekend.

343 Industries will be quite busy this week as they head to RTX 2017, Roosterteeth’s expo, to host a Halo panel. It will take place on July 8th and sees franchise director Frank O’Connor, multiplayer director Tom French and Microsoft Studios senior creative director Joseph Staten present.

However, O’Connor noted on Twitter that it was a “good week to be a Halo fan”. While it could just be an indication of all the Halo content that will be RTX, we still can’t help but hope for some news.

RTX 2017 will offer attendees the chance to play the new Terminus Firefight mode in Halo Wars 2, the Awakening the Nightmare expansion arriving later this year and much more.

Interestingly, O’Connor also retweeted an image which features Morena Baccarin with Alan Tudyk and Nathan Fillion, the latter two who played a role in Halo 3: ODST. Of course the three also starred together in the iconic sci-fi show Firefly. The caption on the image reads “Sometimes there are no words.”

Again this doesn’t say anything about what’s to come but if you’re a Halo fan, RTX will have more than enough to keep you entertained. Stay tuned for more information in the meantime.
